Order Confirmation & Shipment:

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your order will be shipped only after the payment has been successfully cleared and will be shipped within two to seven business working days from the date of your order.

If the item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email, and you can either choose a similarly priced alternative or receive a refund. You will receive a tracking/waybill within 24 hours of your order being dispatched to the email address provided during checkout. If you haven’t received tracking information within five business days of your order, please feel free to reach out to us at info@hango.co.za

Hango delivers throughout South Africa, with shipping costs automatically added to your transaction.

For international sales (to Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Botswana), email to info@hango.co.za to obtain a quotation. Kindly be aware that purchases made from outside of South Africa may be subject to customs tariffs in your country.

Door to Door Courier

We utilize The Courier Guy for parcel delivery. The courier service provider automatically provides insurance for your parcel up to R1000. It is recommended to insure your parcel if its value exceeds R1000.

Ensure to examine the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If any damage is observed, kindly make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please send detailed photos to info@hango.co.za.  If the item you purchased is found to be defective, please return it unused in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, the buyer will be informed about the available refund options.

The following should be taken into consideration as delivery times may be affected due to external factors (Force majeure), such as bad weather, strikes, riots, protest, isolated and sporadic acts of violence etc. Time in transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.

Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered and how you choose to pay, so delivery times can vary.
